- A single RV Camper with tow vehicle
- OR two tents with a traveler’s vehicle

Camping Rules
- A $20 refundable deposit is required. This will be returned at check-out after inspection by our Rangers. No refunds for unused nights once checked-in.
- No littering, destruction of property, or entering unauthorized buildings. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
- Campsites must be left clean and site markers in place.
- No dumping of garbage, oil, fuel, or other non-biodegradable materials. Use designated containers.
- Vehicles must be off the trails by 8PM. A $100 charge per person applies if rangers must come find you inside the park / trails.
- Be respectful of other campers. Keep motor noise to a minimum after 8PM.
- Fires must be in designated fire rings. Only wood and paper may be burned.
- Notify staff if Porta Johns need service.
- Abide by all park rules; no horseplay in camping or parking areas.
- Children and dogs must not be left unattended. Dogs must be leashed.
- Bundy Hill is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Only quiet generators may run after 11PM.
Bundy Hill Off-road Park Rules
The following rules are to be acknowledged and respected by everyone who enters Bundy Hill Off Road Park. By signing a release & waiver of liability, you understand and agree to all rules. * No one under the age of 18 is allowed to check-in without a parent or legal guardian. A notarized waiver of liability and indemnity consent form is required if not accompanied by a parent. Forms are available at the registration office or on our website under FAQ.- No alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons. Coolers will be checked before entering.
- All participants (drivers, passengers, spectators) must check-in and sign a waiver or present a valid Yellow Member Card with ID.
- All minors under 18 must bring a signed and notarized waiver. Minors 14+ with ID and an ORV Safety Certificate may ride without a parent.
- Helmets are required at all times for ATV's/dirt bikes in motion. Children under 16 must wear helmets in all UTV's.
- No double riding on vehicles not designed for it. Seat belts are required in Side by Sides and 4x4s.
- Speed limit is 10MPH in parking areas and 15MPH main roads. Control your vehicle at all times.
- No tricks or horseplay in parking lots. Damage caused is your responsibility.
- No blind jumping on hills. Always be aware of surroundings.
- Stay on designated trails. Do not trespass in surrounding farmers’ fields.
- Avoid crossing lakes, swamps, or mud areas — they may be bottomless.
- No disorderly conduct or littering. Recycle plastics, cardboard, and glass.
- All SUV/4x4s must have at least one tow point. Harder trails require front/rear tow points, winch, and locker.
- All trail vehicles must have: roll bar/roof, battery tie-down, seat belts, tow point, trash bag, flag, and wristbands. Follow your State’s registration and insurance requirements.
ZERO TOLERANCE: No alcoholic beverages allowed. Violators will lose membership and be suspended. Participants who disregard rules or pose safety threats will be ejected without refund. Vehicles not through the gate at closing will be charged $20 per half-hour. Recovery with heavy equipment is $50 minimum. Private towing services may be available.
